The company has a winery-distillery, vineyards & an estate of 500 hectares. Its vineyards cover 252 hectares and the grape varieties are from the Soufli region, Thrace, the wider Greek area & French varieties that have adapted to the microclimate of the Soufli region. Since 1997, when it completed the construction of the winery, it has modernized it twice, in 2005 & 2007.
The company's immediate plans include: the promotion and exploitation of local wine varieties. The company participated in a research program of the National Agency for the Promotion of Wine and Food Industry in the action "Research - Create - Innovate" with the project "Utilization of agricultural by-products of wineries for the production of soil improving composting agents" or "WineWaste Compost".
