The Soufli Viticultural Cooperative, founded in 1958, is one of the oldest viticultural cooperatives in Greece. It has 205 active winegrowers and its members cultivate approximately 1050 acres of vineyards in the mountains of Soufli.
It participates and supports, in collaboration with the local “Stafylos” Association, actions in the region for the revival of winemaking and the promotion of local varieties.
The Project
Our project highlights the local wine varieties of Evros through innovative viticulture and winemaking practices.
