Kadoglou Vineyards
The producer's vineyard is located in Tychero, Soufli. The vineyard was planted in 2002 and its area is 85 acres.
The grape varieties found in the vineyard are the foreign Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Hamburg Muscat and Crimson (table). The Greek variety Assyrtiko is also established in the vineyard. However, there are no local Evritiki and Thracian grape varieties.
The producer sells the grapes produced to wine producers throughout Thrace. He also produces a small amount of wine and tsipouro for his own use.

Our project highlights the local wine varieties of Evros through innovative viticulture and winemaking practices.
