The company's vineyard is located in Marasia, Orestiada, near the borders with Turkey and Bulgaria. The vineyard area is 120 acres.
The vineyard consists of the Greek varieties, Moschomavro, Roditis, Assyrtiko and the French varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot.
In 2004, the company built, next to the vineyard, a modern winery which was expanded and modernized in 2009. The unit's facilities are 3,200 sq m and can be visited, providing guided tours of the vineyard and the winery.
Every year, the Evritika Cellars facilities produce 100 tons of red wine, 100 tons of white wine and 220 tons of retsina. In addition to the wines, 80 tons of tsipouro and 20 tons of ouzo are also produced, all under the Evritika Cellars name. This makes it one of the largest wine producers in Thrace.
The company's wine labels are: Onar, Orfeas and Aingma. The Evritika Kellaria retsina is a living part of the popular tradition of the region, with the characteristic resin aroma and the authenticity that carries centuries of history.
The winery's ouzo and tsipouro are made with traditional recipes brought by Eastern Thracian refugees when they settled in Marasia.
