Rapti Theodora and her brother Dimitrios Raptis, a doctor of agriculture, maintain a vineyard in Kornofolia, Soufli. The vineyard was planted in 2000 and covers an area of 80 hectares.

The vineyard is cultivated exclusively according to the principles and rules of organic farming. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used in the vineyard, but only mild practical interventions based on copper and sulfur.

The grape varieties in the vineyard are the foreign ones: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc and the Greek ones Pamiti, Assyrtiko and Mavroudi.

In 2007, the Mavroudi variety was planted in the vineyard. It is a local red Thracian variety that produces wines that are suitable for long-term aging. The Raptis family currently has the largest Mavroudi plantation in Thrace, totaling 40 acres.

At the company's headquarters in Kornofolia, a small 120 sq m winery has been created, called "Odryses Winery". This winery is a modern wine production and aging laboratory, which has an aging area with controlled temperature and humidity conditions. Every year the family produces 5,000 bottles of wine and 500 liters of tsipouro.

The family's wines bear the trade name Roptron. Thus we find Roptron Red Dry and Roptron Rosé.
